Terms of Use
Effective October 7, 2026. Plain words first; the details follow.
Current is made by Incubator Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the Current app or becurrent.app. By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to them. Questions: support@becurrent.app.
Who Current is for
You must be 13 or older to use Current. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you.
Current is not medical care
Current offers guided breathing, meditation, and relaxation practice for general wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or mental-health professional. Heart-rate readings shown in the app come from your own devices and are for your reflection, not for medical decisions.
Practice safely. Breathing exercises can cause light-headedness. Stop and breathe normally if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or unwell. Talk to a doctor before using breathing practices if you are pregnant, or have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart or cardiovascular condition, high or low blood pressure, a respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD, panic disorder, or have recently had surgery. Never practise while driving, in or near water, or while operating anything that needs your full attention.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and your information accurate. You can delete your account at any time in the app: You → Delete account. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Subscriptions
Current Pro unlocks every class and program. You can subscribe in the app through Apple, or on becurrent.app through our checkout provider, Whop. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown before you confirm.
Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it is available once per person. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and you are charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. If the price changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime; you keep access until
the end of the period you have paid for.
Bought in the app: on your iPhone, Settings → your name
→ Subscriptions → Current → Cancel.
Bought on our website: sign in at whop.com → your profile
→ Orders → Current → Cancel membership.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases made in the app are billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on our website, write to support@becurrent.app and we will review your request.
Our content
The classes, audio, photography, and writing in Current belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for yourself. Please don't copy, share, resell, or redistribute them, or try to access the service in ways it isn't meant to be used.
The fine print
Current is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some places don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
Apple. If you use Current on an Apple device, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Current or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
